The main goal was to find a way to make it as easy as possible for a potential customer to grasp the specifics of this program and how it could be beneficial for them. The brochure consists of two detailed illustrations: an old, broken down house and a crisp, bright, renovated house. These were created to depict the transformation that can be made possible with the loan program. The flat illustrations complement the Finance of America Mortgage brand and utilize the brand colors to further make this piece cohesive with other marketing materials.
